Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team at North Tahoe Watersports. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a safe and enjoyable boating experience. You will assist customers with the rental process, maintain the fleet of boats and jet skis, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Duties
Provide thorough instructions on boat operation and safety protocols before rentals.
Conduct pre-rental inspections of boats to ensure they are clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
Monitor rental timeframes and assist with the return process, including post-rental inspections.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the rental area and storage facilities.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the rental period.
Promote additional services or products available for rent.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with boating operations and safety regulations is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for engaging with customers.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and be physically active throughout the shift.
Must be at least 21 years old.
