Stillwater Cove Homeowners Association is offering a Full Time - Year Round Position for our Resident Services Role.
This is a unique position for a self motivated person who works well independently who wants to be part of a small tight knit team.
The role requires nightly rounds of the property, package delivery, monitoring our entrance gate, and helping homeowners with any questions, requests, and occasional golf cart shuttles around the property. There is also room for expansion of roles & responsibilities based on the interests of the applicant.
Key attributes include: dependability, communication, trustworthiness.
The hours of the position are: 5 Swing Shifts (3:45pm-11:45pm)
$25/hr plus performance-based monthly bonuses. Looking for an individual local to the area (Incline, Kings Beach, Truckee, Tahoe City).
