The family is open to hiring a candidate to work just on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.Children: 16 months old.Duties: This position is approximately 60% childcare and 40% family assistant/household tasks. The duties include childcare, cooking for the child, light housekeeping, occasional errands and grocery shopping, traveling with the family.Requirements: This family is looking for an active candidate who enjoys the outdoors and is eager to grow with them over the years. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience caring for children from infancy through preschool, with a genuine love for engaging with little ones. They should bring energy, positivity, and the ability to support their child—and future children—in reaching key developmental milestones. A strong understanding of child development is preferred. The family also values a self-starter who can take initiative and is happy to assist with household tasks when the parents are spending time with their toddler. Must be comfortable with parents in the home and be able to travel with them occasionally.Benefits: This position offers two weeks of paid vacation, seven paid holidays, five paid sick days, plus guaranteed pay 52 weeks of the year.
