Description:The Accounts Receivable (AR) Coordinator performs full cycle accounts receivable processing including proper account coding, discrepancy resolution, correct billing, preparation of monthly AR accruals, and monitoring of AR aging and system discrepancies.Job Duties: Accurately invoice customers and record customer payments using multiple invoicing schedules and systems. Perform typing, faxing, mail distribution, phone messaging, and other office related duties as required. Enter and update customer and shipment information as needed. Assist in clearing collections issues such as credit memos, debit memos, and short pays. Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough records in proprietary database. Receive and respond to customer calls and correspondence, provide excellent service, and escalate concerns as needed. Update schedule, logs, and tasks daily.
