Develop and maintain a leading competency in energy and power for advanced facility markets inclusive of technology maturity and advancement, commercial readiness, market trends and innovation opportunities. Develop Jacobs' position across multiple sectors relating to the provision of energy for advanced facilities and mobility applications to develop market leading solutions and services Provide visible leadership both externally and internally in all aspects where energy, advanced facilities, and transport intersect, recognizing the overlaps with adjacent sectors such as smart cities and grids, digital solutions, waste gasification, sustainable biofuels (such as SAF), hydrogen and ammonia fuel cells etc. Work across sectors within Jacobs and the market solutions structure to develop innovative solutions and provide insightful thought leadership Develop energy for advanced facilities and mobility roadmap with 'live' sales plan and key account focusClients and Growth Lead the development of the North American relationships with advanced facilities and mobility clients, financiers, and partners, working closely with the Americas Sales Lead and US based CGMs to ensure linkages across the Jacobs global business Facilitate the Jacobs team introductions and relationship building with the wider renewables developer community, development of a preferred developer client list and support the team with pursuits with strategic clients. Support with strategy development and consideration for organic and people investments and business return Support acquisition due diligence on an as needed basisOrganization Development Working with all Jacobs Global Market Directors to develop Jacobs brand as the leading Services provider in both the Energy and Power Market and the Energy Transition Work closely with the wider Market Director community to develop cross market opportunities in the mobility and advanced facilities spaces Keeping the wider global team at the front of industry and government thinking Lead and support the recruitment of top industry Talent to grow Jacobs business globally (with a focus on North America) Use influence and leadership to retain talent within the businessHere’s What You’ll Need: Bachelor degree Substantial years of expertise leading market/business development for Energy and PowerJacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
