Help healthcare students turn their education into a career!Do you enjoy coaching people, building employer relationships, and seeing your work produce measurable results?Unitek College is looking for a relationship-driven professional who can help healthcare students and graduates prepare for interviews, connect with employers, and secure meaningful employment in their field. This is not a traditional desk-based advising role. You will work directly with students, graduates, healthcare employers, faculty, and campus leaders to move people from the classroom into the workforce.What you will do:Coach students and graduates on resumes, job-search strategies, interviewing, networking, and professional communication.Build relationships with healthcare employers to generate externship-to-hire and direct-hire opportunities.Connect graduates with job openings, interviews, hiring events, and employer introductions.Lead job-readiness workshops, classroom presentations, mock interviews, and career events.Manage a student and graduate caseload, maintain consistent follow-up, and help candidates work through barriers affecting employment.Track employer outreach, student engagement, interviews, placements, and employment outcomes in company systems.Partner with faculty, campus leadership, and externship teams to improve graduate employment and externship-to-hire results.How you will know you are succeeding. This is a results-driven role.
