Job DescriptionResponsibilities for the Production Press Jogger:
Check and verify pagination during make ready.
Jog and bundle signatures from the delivery end of the press and stack the bundles onto the pallet.
Check and verify the quality of the fold and printed material. Must notify 1st or 2nd Press Operators of quality concerns.
Remove and mount plates, re-web press and wash blankets during make ready.
Keep waste containers ready.
Keep glue and water at specified levels.
Keep the press area and ink room clean.
Training to learn Roll Tender duties.
