Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. You must possess a technology background that enables you to understand the complexities of the sophisticated data center and network architecture of Oracle Public Cloud Data Centers.Experience managing projects in a Data Center environment (racking & stacking gear, cable management, hot & cold aisle containment)Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills

Case Manager will update, identify discharges, psychiatrist appointments, and update the Outpatient Program Boards. Case Manager will communicate with all departments in order to ensure proper admissions. Case Manager will manage outside referrals, placement, and communication with outside referrals. Case Manager will be trained on all therapist information as well as case management duties. Case Manager will review duties for both PHP and IOP programs. Case Manager will eventually work on discharge plans and referrals after completing the Outpatient Programs.
