Description We are currently searching for a Property Administrator to join our team in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry, located in Reno, Nevada. The role will involve a variety of administrative and organizational tasks, including handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, and processing applications. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, and faxing to support the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team. Establish and maintain comprehensive property, lease, and vendor files. Assist in the preparation of various reports on a monthly and quarterly basis. Keep track of vendor and tenant insurance expiration dates, request renewals, and ensure compliance with standard coverage terms and conditions. Assist in maintaining service contracts, tracking expirations, and preparing bid packages when necessary. Assist with monitoring aged receivables and collection efforts on a monthly basis. May assist in coding invoices for payment and processing. Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and tenants. Requirements A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification No requirement for previous experience but any experience in an administrative role would be beneficial Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively Strong organizational and time management skills Basic knowledge of real estate property and facilities management industry would be advantageous Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
