Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk in the education industry, based in Reno, Nevada. This role involves a range of administrative tasks, customer service, and shipping functions.Responsibilities: Administering assistance tasks as needed Providing high-quality customer service Efficiently handling data entry tasks Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various tasks Organizing and maintaining files Scanning documents and materials as required Scheduling appointments in a timely and efficient manner Performing shipping functions, including handling of UPS FedEx Managing bulk mailings and certified mail Handling daily mail, department mail, and mail delivery Distributing incoming mail in a timely manner Overseeing shipping & receiving operations.Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role or related field Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks Strong customer service skills Capable of accurate data entry Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word Experience in organizing files and documents Familiarity with scanning equipment and procedures Able to schedule appointments effectively and efficiently Knowledgeable in shipping functions, including UPS FedEx and UPS Shipping Capable of handling bulk mailings, certified mail, and daily mail Experience in delivering mail within a large organization or department Ability to distribute incoming mail efficiently Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures.
