Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, program, test, commission, troubleshoot, and service commercial electronic security systems.Work with access control, CCTV/IP video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system integration issues.Respond to service calls, preventative maintenance requests, and emergency repairs.Perform system upgrades, equipment replacements, and modifications to existing installations.Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.Complete system start-ups, testing, commissioning, and customer training.Coordinate with project managers, other technicians, and customers to ensure successful project completion.Maintain accurate service reports, installation documentation, and project records.
