Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision and creativity.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and execute menu items.
Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory and ordering.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a cook in a high-volume or fine dining environment.
Advanced culinary skills with a strong understanding of various cooking techniques.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
These skills and abilities are typically acquired through the completion of a one year certificate from a college or technical school and one to two years related experience and/or training in the food and beverage industry and/or equivalent combination of formal training, education and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform all of the duties of the position.
