We are looking for an eager chef/kitchen manager to take over the kitchen in our full service restaurant. We are an upscale family casual establishment located in the heart of the Heavenly Village and looking for some new leadership. An ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of restaurant kitchen experience with at least 2-3 years in a lead position. The candidate must live in the South Lake Tahoe or Stateline area and must have reliable transportation. We are looking for someone who can lead a team in a calm and friendly manner while maintaining quality food and service in a high volume environment. Various duties including ordering, hiring, training, menu creation, cooking, prep, inventory, and payroll are all required. We are looking for a long term manager who wants to grow with the company and long term incentives will be provided for the right person.
