Position: Coffee Production Associate
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
☕ What Your Day Looks Like:
Start your morning with a great cup of coffee, then jump into a variety of hands-on tasks that keep our production line running smoothly:
Labeling and filling coffee bags
Mixing and grinding fresh roasted beans
Packing boxes and preparing shipments
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications:
Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Prior experience in manufacturing or food production
Familiarity with sanitation procedures and food safety standards
Ability to work on your feet and manage repetitive tasks with accuracy
Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain coffee production and packaging equipment
Uphold cleanliness and food safety standards in all work areas
Accurately package and label coffee for wholesale and retail distribution
Identify and resolve basic mechanical issues as they arise
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
