We are looking for a General Manager for our Denny's Restaurant in Carson City. Prefer to have experience within the Denny's system or another family restaurant / coffee shop chain. We offer vacation / sick pay, meal discounts and an opportunity for advancement.
Responsibilities
Ability to make sure every guest receives great service.
Controlling P&L, Planning, tracking and managing budgets.
Researching, implementing and overseeing potential in store sales and marketing opportunities.
Ensuring all company food and operational safety policies are followed by all employees.
Interviewing, hiring, evaluating and developing team members.
Demonstrates a positive role model.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years restaurant management.
Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing. Bi-lingual a plus.
Able to work in a fast paced environment and work flexible hours and holidays.
