Job Overview
Chambers Landing Bar & Grill is seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Welcome Guests: Greet guests warmly as they arrive at the venue, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they enter.
- Provide Wait Times: Provide accurate wait times to guests and manage waiting lists during peak hours, ensuring efficient and fair seating arrangements.
- Manage Reservations: Maintain and organize reservations, ensuring that tables are prepared and ready for guests according to their booking.
- Escort Guests: Escort guests to their assigned dining or bar areas, ensuring they are seated comfortably and promptly.
- Menu Presentation: Present menus to guests and announce the name of their designated waiter or waitress, providing a personalized dining experience.
- Farewell Greetings: Bid farewell to guests as they depart, thanking them for choosing Chambers Landing Bar & Grill and inviting them to return.
- Coordinate with Wait Staff: Communicate effectively with wait staff to manage available seating options and ensure efficient turnover of tables.
