We are in need of an experienced chef. Organizational skills are key to this job, as you will be working solo most shifts. Our menu is designed for ease. Housing available. Extra pay if you bring your own camper or RV. We have power and sewer hook ups. No Rent, Power included. Option for business cell phone as well. This is a seasonal position with potential for year-round employment. Our busy season Runs from May to October. This is a unique environment. This is a Chef owned business with 20+ years under my belt. We have been in operation at this location for 3+ years. We are a busy restaurant/motel located about 100 miles from anywhere. We are famous for our Hamburgers and Steaks. We have Won best burger, customer service, and overall cleanliness in Northern Nevada two years in a row now. All of our beef is locally sourced. We are a small restaurant, but we get obnoxiously busy. People drive hours to eat here. We are open for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Your responsibilities will be Lunch and dinner 5 days a week. 10:45am to 8:30pm. Must be able to execute breakfast and Lunch/Dinner Menus. Lunch and Dinner menus are the same. You will be required to create 1 or 2 weekend specials every week. Extra compensation for breakfast shifts. Please reach out for more details.
