Guiding and Overseeing Kitchen Staff.
Ordering Food, Beer & Liquor.
Help Develop Daily and Weekly Specials.
Help with Ongoing Development of Menu.
Insuring Health Dept. Standards are met.
Work with HR writing Schedules.
Work with HR Hiring, Firing, Disciplining Kitchen-Bar Staff.
Managers Food Safety Cert. Required.
