Our Operations Team takes great pride in maintaining our luxury properties seamlessly and impeccably and we have an immediate opening for a full-time Luxury Home Specialist.
Job Responsibilities:
Each Luxury Home Specialist is responsible for closely managing a collection of 8-13 homes, ensuring the homes are maintained to the highest standard and fostering close relationships with the homeowners. The role also requires performing extremely detailed check-in and check-out inspections before and after guest reservations. The role is a blend of in-office work and "field" work, meaning that one will spend some of their time in the office at their desk and some of their time driving to/from homes and working in them. We expect each Luxury Home Specialist to become intimately familiar with each of their homes and collaborate closely with their both the homeowners and their Operations colleagues.
This position requires one to be a self-starter and possess very strong time management skills, the ability to multi-task, and both effective and professional communication. We allow a lot of independence in this role. The right candidate must be highly trustworthy, accurate and accountable for their time when they are in the field, communicating with the team throughout their day. This is crucial.
Other duties include:
>Work closely with other members of the Operations Department to address and resolve any home or maintenance-related issues in our vacation rental properties
>Communicate with homeowners and guests, addressing any concerns as they arise
>Project Management
>Maintain the highest level of customer service and professionalism
>In-person guest and homeowner interactions
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment, possess superior time management and communication skills, and be energetic, positive, friendly, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and resourceful. The ideal candidate will also possess very strong written and verbal communication skills, especially via email and phone calls. Hospitality experience and/or property management experience is strongly preferred. Experience with Outlook, Excel, and Word is desired.

This is a full-time role (40 hours/week).
Consistent weekend availability (working both Saturdays and Sundays) is required.
