Hours: 20 hours per week (3+ days/week)

We’re looking for a responsible, independent individual to help keep our small, historic budget hotel running smoothly a few days per week. This is a hands-on role with a little bit of everything - answering phones, handling online and in-person check-ins, inn-keeping and housekeeping when needed. Roughly: Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday 9am to 2pm ish and at least one evening.
You’ll be working closely within a small, four-person team to keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries online and in person.
Handle check-ins and reservations using a simple reservation system (training provided).
Housekeeping on certain days and assisting housekeeping staff as needed.
Ensure rooms and common areas meet cleanliness standards.
Communicate with the manager and owner about guest feedback, maintenance needs, and scheduling.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems.
Able to work independently and troubleshoot on the fly.
No on-site parking available, so living without a car - or with nearby parking - is ideal.
Housing option is a small private room, best for a single individual.
Compensation:
Starting at $23/hour.
