We’re a high-end restaurant located in the heart of Truckee, seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our team. If you’re passionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients and want to help lead a kitchen in a vibrant culinary scene, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Assist the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations, including menu development and food preparation.

Ensure quality and consistency in every dish served.

Manage and train kitchen staff, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Oversee inventory, food costs, and kitchen cleanliness in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Passion for creating high-quality, innovative dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Ability to relocate to Truckee
