Qualifications: One year experience in high volume food establishment, neat appearance, P.O.S. knowledge, read and speak English.
Essential Functions:
1. Learn and refer to Members by their name.
2. Know the menu for your shift and be able to offer suggestions.
3. Greet each newly seated table within 30 seconds.
4. Be prepared to take food orders at all times.
5. Completely serve table (check backs, refills, etc…).
6. Maintain your server work area (clean, stocked, etc…).
7. Present Member with food/beverage ticket and get signature.
8. Perform side work - supervisor will post a list daily.
9. Practice safety at all times in the service of food and beverages.
10. Check for any duties that need to be done (napkins, special set-ups, etc…).
11. Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor.
