SiPS is seeking a Beer Tender & Bottle Specialist in our TAHOE CITY Taproom.
Job Requirements:
Must enjoy working with the public in a positively, friendly manner.
Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
Must have been at least 21 years old.
Must be able to clean and stock.
Must be able to move 150 pound kegs.
Must be an effective communicator.
Bartending or wait staff experience desired.
Craft beer knowledge preferred.
Wine knowledge preferred.
Spirits knowledge preferred.
Job Duties Include:
Greet customers cheerfully and encouraging an atmosphere of hospitality.
Clean and maintain Taproom and Store cleanliness.
Stock Taproom and Store.
Collect money and handle cash.
Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
Clean glasses, utensils, and Taproom and Store.
Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking by taking steps
such as persuading customers to stop drinking, or ordering transportation for intoxicated patrons.

Currently looking for someone who can work Thursday and Friday night. 4pm - 10pm through the winter.
