Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as a Busser/ Host & Expo. As a crucial member of our front-of-house staff, the support staff plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
Clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Assisting servers in delivering food and beverages to tables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of service.
Providing support to the kitchen team by assisting with food running and communicating any guest requests or special instructions.
Monitoring and replenishing table supplies, such as condiments, utensils, and napkins, to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Collaborating with fellow team members to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Anticipating guests' needs and proactively addressing any concerns or inquiries to enhance their overall dining experience.
Adhering to company policies and procedures, including uniform standards and attendance requirements.
Assisting with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.
