Reno Suites is Reno's premiere weekly rental location in downtown Reno. We offer beautiful, luxury rooms at an affordable rate for our residents. The Front Desk Associate at Reno Suites serves as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is pleasant and comfortable. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. English-speaking is required, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Attention UNR students, this just may be your ideal part-time position! We are located approx. 4 blocks away from the UNR campus and we can provide you with an outstanding starting pay of $20 hour. Key Responsibilities
Guest Services:
Welcome and greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently using a square reader payment system.
Provide information about weekly room availability, weekly rate structure, and property features.
Assist guests with any "front desk" issues like rent payment and/or maintenance calls.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Problem Solving:
Address guest concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to resolve issues.
Escalate unresolved issues to management when necessary.
What We Offer:
Schedule from 9am-5pm, weekdays and weekends. We will work with your school schedule, part-time is possible.
