Health and Lifestyle Coordinator
The SELLER shall provide suitably qualified personnel to oversee certain social, recreational sporting and community activities.
The SELLERS primary objective of this service shall be to create a socialty
harmonious and cohesive atmosphere for residents and to promote health, fitness and wellbeing.
The Health and Lifestyle Coordinator will cover all areas of recreational activities and not only concentrate on fitness activities. Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to the following:
Organization, promotion and supervision of social and recreational activities such as quiz nights, pool competitions, special calendar events such as Independence Day, Thanksgiving and Veterans Days, theme nights and the like.
Organization, promotion and supervision of sporting activities such as games of baseball, basketball, volleyball, tennis, darts, billiards and the like including participation with local events and competitions where invited and approved by the BUYER.
Organization, promotion and supervision of fitness activities such as gymnasium programs, pre- exercise warming up routines, walking, and the like. Role may also assist in execution of pre-start stretch and flex on site.
Promotion of and it requested, advising residents upon health and fitness matters, weight loss or weight gain.
Preparation and distribution of a monthly newsletter set out and containing information approved by the SELLER and BUYER
In conjunction with the BUYER's Sustainability manager and approved by the OWNER, shall identity suitable local or state charities for the project to support Keeping an accurate account of any monies raised, collected, spent, distributed or transacted in any way as a result of fund raising, donations, prize giving, promotions and the like and providing a detailed report to the BUYER weeny.
Prepare a 4-week look ahead calendar of upcoming sporting, social and entertainment events and submit it for the BUYER's approval two (2) weeks prior to its implementation or at any other time as agreed by the BUYER.
Advising and assisting on any matter regarding WFH social, sporting, lifestyle and fitness as directed by the BUYER.
Providing overview presentations of Lifestyle services available to residents at new hire Project inductions.
SELLER shall utilize BUYER-provided facilities and equipment as much as possible
SELLER shall ensure that all events and activities are promoted and conducted in a sate and socially responsible manner.
The commencement and termination date of this service shall be at the discretion of the BUYER but shall generally be exercised when WFH occupancy levels reach and maintain one hundred (100) residents on site.
