O'Gara Gilbert Silvaroli Orthodontics is currently hiring a full-time Clinical Assistant to join our team located in Reno, NV. We are looking for an experienced assistant, however, we are more than willing to train the right candidate! We offer a competitive salary, plus benefits!

Responsibilities
· Provide 5-star customer service with welcoming and genuine demeanor to each and every patient
· Work with an amazing team to develop life-changing smiles – teamwork is paramount!
· Prepare operatory for patient, following procedures and protocols
· Document dental care services by charting in patient records
· Maintain safe, clean, and organized working environment complying with procedures, and regulations
· Educate patients by giving oral hygiene, and post-operative instructions
· Sterilize and deliver instruments to treatment area; responsible for positioning instruments for doctor/assistant access
· Take radiographs, impressions, intra-oral scans
· All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· 1-5 year(s) of Orthodontic or Dental Assistant experience
· Highly motivated/energetic/optimistic can-do attitude!
· Willingness to learn and grow/coachable
· The utmost professional appearance/demeanor
· Ability to work focused in a fast-paced environment
