Eastridge Workforce Solutions has an excellent opportunity working with a leading Construction company in Reno, NV! We have immediate openings for Journeylevel Carpenters with 5+ years of experience in concrete work. This company promotes from within - the right applicant can be on the fast track to success!
Journeylevel Carpenter job duties/responsibilities include minimum of 5 years experience in concrete work.
Constructing the form work for placement of concrete
Assembles column or wall form work (all types: Gang forms, Stick build, Slip forms, etc.)
Set anchor bolt templates
Erects temporary handrails & associated safety related items
Sawing, stripping, nailing, welding, burning, measuring, tightening/loosening bolts and drilling
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing up to 50 lbs. 75% of the time.
Hours may change and you may be asked to work overtime or weekends with short notice. Punctuality and promptness are required every day. Individuals must be able to work in an OSHA compliant safety environment, work outside and must be able to work overtime and weekend hours.
Requirements: Recent verifiable work history, references complete with names and numbers. Upon conditional offer of assignment, please provide documentation proving eligibility to work in the United States (You may review a list of acceptable documents on the USCIS website) and your OSHA 10 Certification.
