Work Hours: Typical shifts are 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday through Friday – leaves your evenings wide open.
Pay: Daily pay starts at $15/hr for full 8-hour shifts, with most roles ranging from $15–$20/hr. Show your skills, and prevailing wage jobs can hit up to $43.73/hr.
What You’ll Do: Most work involves sweeping, raking, picking up trash, pulling weeds, and moving materials to keep job sites clean. Some days may include heavier labor like digging or moving furniture. For those with experience, we occasionally have skilled positions for carpenters and other trades, so bring your expertise! Every day’s different, so boredom’s not an issue.
Growth Potential: Some day labor gigs can lead to full-time or permanent roles for those who stand out.
Tools Provided: We supply everything you need to get the job done.
OSHA-10 Support: No OSHA-10 certification? No problem! We offer a reimbursement program to get it for FREE – a must for construction work in Nevada.
Locations: Most work is in Reno/Sparks, but some days we go to Fallon, Gardnerville, or Incline Village. Longer drives come with a higher hourly rate to cover gas. Nice perk, right?
