We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our clients by addressing their needs and resolving their concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Hours are 7:30am - 4 pm, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and patience.
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
Suggest improvements to processes for better customer experience.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with customer service software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) is a plus.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to think on your feet.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations.
