Job Title: Floor Resurface Prep Technician (MUST HAVE Valid OSHA 10 or 30)
Location: Sparks, NV 89436
Job Type: 40 hours (6:30am – Overtime Available) Mondays-Fridays
Compensation: $20 per hour / weekly pay

We’re looking for several motivated Floor Resurface Prep Technicians to join our team for an ongoing project with our client in Sparks, NV. This position involves hands-on work preparing concrete and other flooring surfaces for resurfacing and coating.

Key Responsibilities
Perform floor surface preparation, including grinding, scraping, and coating removal.
Repair and patch cracks, holes, and damaged surfaces.
Operate and maintain surface prep equipment safely (grinders, vacuums, etc.).
Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading equipment at job sites.
Maintain clean and safe work environments.
Follow all OSHA, company, and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (required)
Must pass a background check
Must pass a drug test – absolutely no THC
Experience in concrete prep, coatings, or construction preferred (training provided for qualified candidates)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Working Conditions:
Work performed indoors and outdoors, sometimes in dusty or noisy environments.
May require overtime or flexible hours depending on project needs.
