We are looking for someone to maintain the grounds of our property on a part time basis. The position ranges around 20 hours a week and the frequency varied by season. You will be required to pass a drug/alcohol test and a background check due to the nature of the position.
Winter Responsibilities:
-snow removal on pathways and driveways
-pond monitoring to ensure proper water level (fill as needed)
-potential for additional ongoing projects
Spring/Summer/Fall Responsibilities:
-debris, pine needle and leaf cleanup
-keeping pathways clean and clear
-repairing sprinklers and drip system as issues arise
-maintain vegetation (trimming, planting, replanting, fertilizing)
-rinsing pond filters
-dog poop cleanup
-lawn mowing and edging
-maintaining drainage and gravel
-weeding
These are subject to additional responsibilities as requested and discussed. Ideal candidate has landscaping experience and can distinguish between wanted vegetation/flowers and weeds.
