Main job tasks and responsibilities:
-Maintain excellent curb appeal.
-Physically walk the property and remove litter, debris, and pet waste from the grounds. Ensure that trash and other debris is promptly removed from all areas of the grounds.
-Ensure that the pool areas, laundry rooms, dumpster and recreation areas always remain free of litter.
-If the property has a gym, ensure the gym is clean and litter free.
-Assist with “make-ready” duties when requested. Perform “trash-out” duties. Remove abandoned furniture, trash and boxes and transfer to dumpster. Keep dumpster doors closed on windy days.
-Perform work area clean-up and safety-related duties.
-Must be courteous, professional, and reliable.
-Ability to meet deadlines.
-Previous related experience preferred.
-Basic understanding of appliance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry repair is a plus.
-Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation.
