Job Description:
Groundskeeper:
Duties include but aren't limited to:
Cleans and performs general housekeeping and/or grounds or apartment move out clean-up duties.
Keeps sidewalks clear of trash, debris, snow and ice.
Reports potential safety risk or repair concerns to the supervisor.
In addition:
You must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 60 lbs. This position will include walking, standing, bending, and climbing, you will often be exposed to the elements of the weather and must be prepared accordingly.
Self-starter attitude, reliability, discretion, and ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times. Please note that this job description does not include all facets of the position.
