Equestrian facility in Washoe Valley seeking help with the care of horses and some client interaction.
Primary duties include:
- Walking horses (hand walk or to/from turnouts)
- Preparing and feeding grain/medications
- Maintaining a daily log for record-keeping
- Blanketing during the colder months
- Some customer interactions
Requirements:
- Must be capable of physical labor and walking several miles in a day
- Reliable transportation
- Calm demeanor when working with horses in varying conditions
- Friendly attitude and willingness to work with customers
