Summary:
Responsible for the production of the company's products within prescribed specifications and efficient machine operation by performing the following duties.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Monitors building to ensure a neat and clean presentation and environment.
2. Performs various cleaning and maintenance activities to include sweeping and mopping,
wiping down counters, and vacuuming carpeted areas.
3. Ensures all cleaning supplies are stored in appropriate areas.
4. Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
to floors and fixtures.
5. Cleans rest rooms to include disinfecting toilets, sinks and floors, and restocking rest room
supplies as needed.
6. Removes and disposes trash in designated areas.
7. Reports the need for any major repairs to management.
8. Reports emergency maintenance problems and/or environmental hazards immediately.
9. Assists in catching and organizing banners.
10. Clean and touch up banners
11. Assist Screen Print Operator
12. Attach magnets according to product specifications.
13. Prepare, build, and package product.
14. Assembles product according to product specifications.
15. Operates roller-coater, table saw, drill press, shrink-wrap, and other equipment according to production and shipping schedules and in accordance with safety guidelines.
16. Applies the correct product identity label to the product.
17. Detects and report machine malfunctions promptly to management.
18. Ensures material waste is kept to a minimum.
19. Adheres to established policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.
20. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
The Fabrication & Assembly/Janitor may exert over 50 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Will work in an environment with moving mechanical parts and occasional loud noises. The ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs. Must be able to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects. Requires the ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects. Requires the ability to inspect details and detect deficiencies. This position must be able to stand for 8 hours a day and will frequently move about the workspace.
