Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. We are a small property management company with several properties around downtown Reno. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and properties. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Thing we are looking for in a person:
1. Plumbing
2. Minor electrical
3. Painting, sheet rock, carpet, and lock changes
4.Carpentry and other interior repairs
5. Perform preventative maintenance
6. General cleaning skills
-Outdoor Maintenance-We currently need people to help with hand digging for our new electrical lines. This is a 2–3-month project.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
