Looking for Part time labor to complete basic landscaping and porter services at various residential and commercial properties in the Reno area.
Landscaping duties include use of power equipment such as push mower, edger, string trimmer, backpack blower.
Must be proficient and able to safely usethis equipment.
Duties to be performed are lawn care such as mowing, string trimmer around edges and areas mower can't reach, periodic edging, blowing of properties to make clean.
Basic irrigation repair knowledge such as adjusting sprinklers and changing sprinkler heads is not necessary but preferred. Training for irrigation repairs can be provided if needed but existing knowledgeis ideal.
Porter duties include taking out common area trash, sweepingup debris, trash, animal waste, etc. observing properties for any potentially dangerous conditions.
Looking for an individual that has understanding and respect of all aspects of homeand building maintenance.
Must have truckor trailer to transport provided equipment.
Paydependent on experience.
