Job Title: Seasonal Landscaping Maintenance Associate
Location: Sparks, NV 89436
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime Available)
Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and dependable Seasonal Landscaping Maintenance Workers to join our team in Sparks, NV. This position plays an important role in maintaining clean, attractive, and well-kept outdoor spaces throughout the season.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine lawn care, including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and general cleanup.
Assist with landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, and weeding.
Safely operate hand tools and landscaping equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of tools, equipment, and work areas.
Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
Be flexible to move between different work crews as needed to support operations.
Requirements:
Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, with overtime as needed.
Must be able to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
Prior landscaping experience required, specifically in edging, trimming, pruning, and cleanup.
Must be flexible and willing to move between different crews/work teams as assigned.
English proficiency is required for safety, communication, and teamwork.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with others.
