Must live in Reno/Sparks area
1. Act as a virtual assistant to the CEO helping him organize weekly activities appointments and team collaborations
2. Act as outbound sales assistant following up with leads and accounts targeted for cultivation
3. Organize campaigns and contacts in our CRM database
4. Create landing pages in HubSpot Marketing module (similar to WordPress)
5. Assist in content creation of blog posts and other content to promote the company's offerings
6. Optimize our website with SEO tools provided in HubSpot (access to video-based training in HubSpot will be made available)
7. Conduct online research on companies and new technology areas
8. Participate in brainstorming sessions with the CEO and team on new offerings and opportunities and new ways to reach and attract clients
9. Other duties to be assigned, with opportunities for future growth in other operational areas
The ideal candidate we are looking for:
1. College degree in a Marketing field or equivalent
2. Two years experience preferred
3. Highly motivated self-starter and a quick learner who is able to master and help the company harness new technologies and methods
4. Superb written and verbal communications, highly articulate, great language skills are a must!
5. Quick and eager to learn as the company is expanding into new areas in a fast-changing market
6. High accuracy and strong attention to detail-able to proofread and correct outbound client communications
7. Able to work flexibly in a highly project driven environment
8. Very proficient in basic computer skills-PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc., and able to create stunning graphics and high impact presentations
9. A systems thinker who is able to conceptualize and help the company implement new systems
10. Outgoing, able to communicate well with company clients as required
