Dillon Toyota Lift is a Toyota forklift dealer in Utah and Idaho. We are a full-service provider of new and used forklifts, rentals, parts, lift truck operator training, warehousing and racking services. We have an immediate need for a Branch Manager in our Nampa, ID location.

This senior management position will play a key role in helping drive growth in all areas of our business. We recognize that hiring the right individual is essential to our continued growth. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

This position will work closely with the President, CFO, and other departmental teams. The duties include, but are not limited to:

 Responsible for the daily operations and profitability of the branch.

 Responsible for the strategic oversight, administration and management of several departments, including organizing resources and establishing priorities.

 Establish goals and expectations for team oversight, setting direction and influencing team performance through development/coaching of managers and employees.

 Implement strategies to ensure operational and customer delivery services perform at a high level (i.e., operational best practices and oversee the branch’s work flows and process flows).

 Effectively manage the business to ensure forecasts and budgets are met and reported accurately.

 Maintain effective working relationships with employees, management team, customers, manufacturers, and vendors.

 Create a positive, productive, working environment and culture.

 Recruitment and selection of staff to meet workforce needs.

 Facilitate regular staff meetings to review progress of goals and desired outcomes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 Minimum of 10 years of service operations experience in a managerial role.

 Industry experience specific to forklift and material handling, prefer high-volume dealership background.

 Demonstrate strong skills in leading and managing cross-functional teams, comfortable taking the lead and able to drive results.

 Critical thinker with strong problem-solving, business judgment, and analytical skills.

 Exceptional conflict resolution and communication skills; both written and verbal.

 Strong organizational and time-management skills.

 Solid working knowledge of computers and database systems.
