What You’ll Do:
Diagnose, service, and repair a variety of residential and commercial HVAC systems
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups
Clearly communicate findings and repair options to customers
Work independently in the field with a professional, solutions-based approach
Document all work accurately and thoroughly
Assist and mentor junior technicians
Follow all safety protocols and local code regulations
What You Bring:
5+ years of HVAC service experience (residential and/or commercial)
Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A self-starter mindset with a team-first attitude
Dependability and commitment to doing quality work
Bonus if you have:
NATE Certification
Experience with smart home systems and controls
Light commercial HVAC experience (RTUs, split systems, etc.)
