Job Title: Sewing Machine Operator
Pay Rate: $18+ DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
Screen Printing: Assist in sign creation Sewing for various clients
Detect work-piece defects and machine malfunctions and take corrective actions and performing maintenance to prevent future malfunctions.
Accurately read and interpret instructions to produce high-quality pieces, including determining the amount and type of materials required.
Lubricate sewing machine parts and conducted minor maintenance to enhance machine performance.
Successfully comprehend and execute routine or complex job specifications and requirements.
Efficiently operate sewing machines and hand stitching techniques to join, reinforce, and decorate products.
Analyze sketches, sample articles, and design specifications to determine the number, shape, and size of pattern parts.
Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols and procedures.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
Attention to Detail: Ability to stand for over 8hrs and ability to carry 40lbs
