Job Description - Operations Associate

The Position:

We are looking for a positive, driven and analytical candidate to assist our Operations Manager with tasks regarding ZLINE Kitchen and Bath’s operations side of the business. This position will assist in the planning, and organization of procurement, as well as financial structuring and the coordination of resources related to the company's goods.

Responsibilities:

· Actively collaborate with Sales, Channel, Marketing, and Operations departments on various projects.

· Sales and inventory management

· Policy implementation

· Purchase ordering

· Order fulfillment

· ERP

· Come to work with a motivated, selfless attitude, and push yourself to achieve personal and organizational success.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management or a related field

· Understanding of general financing, and budget management including profit and loss

· Excellent communication skills

· Must be a team player and offer collaboration when applicable.

· Must have excellent time management skills, and take accountability for workflow.

· Be able to "think on your feet" as some projects can be very time-sensitive.

· Excellent organizational skills

· Experience using macOS and Apple products.

· Work Monday thru Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM with 1-hour lunch from 12-1.
