Assistant Small 20-units Resort Apartment Building plus three nearby residential rentals & Maintenance Manager (Zephyr Cove, NV) Pine Cone Resort.
Compensation: depending on applicant’s qualifications, own tools and transportation, would probably start between $20-$22/Hour; plus, generally after successfully completing two to three-month Trial, possible additional fully-furnished one-bedroom apartment up to market value of $2,000/Mo that would include all utilities.
All only as IRS-1099 Independent Sub-contractor (not an Employee).
Small well-maintained 6-building apartment resort “complex” located at 601 Highway 50, Zephyr Cove, NV 89448, plus 3 nearby long-term residential rentals.
Good opportunity for kind, honest, hard-working, smart, caring, organized, maintenance-savvy, and nonsmoking individual or couple team. Prior Apartment Building Property Management / Maintenance or Real Estate experience strongly preferred, but not necessarily required.
Successful applicant should most likely either live "on site" or within near driving distance of Zephyr Cove in scenic South Shore of Lake Tahoe.
