We are seeking a bookkeeper/office assistant who is dependable, hardworking, with a strong focus on results, accuracy, and a desire to improve the workplace. Must have experience in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, be organized and detailed orientated. Experience in a manufacturing field is a plus. We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual and organized.
Job Responsibilities:
The Bookkeeper/Office Assistant will support company operations by supporting management with the following secretarial and accounting duties:
Processing accounts payables
Processing accounts receivables
Processing purchase orders and invoices
Document control (Digital and Hard Copy)
Payroll & Payroll taxes
Bank Reconciliations
Allocating bank feeds to vendors
Inventory & Cost of Goods Sold Reporting
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
QuickBooks Online Entry, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Managing Office Processes,
Experience in Manufacturing, Construction, and/or lumber industry knowledge helpful.
Microsoft Office programs, QuickBooks Online, Manufacturing and CRM experience is desired.
College Degree preferred, but work experience will be considered also.
Job Type: Part-time (May grow to full time in the future.)
Salary: $16.00 to $20.00 /hour
