ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Desire for project management, organization, and the ability to problem solve.
Responsibilities:
Assist in review of schedules, coordinate with venues, restaurants seminars and support teams
B2B Outreach via email and phone
Attend live events
Client Calls and Annual reviews
Weekly Reporting on events, client meetings, operations
Assist in scheduling appointments
Provides support in the planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and of assigned projects.
Qualifications:
Strong experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
Strong phone and email communication skills
Social & Digital Marketing a plus
Ability to analyze all relevant project-related information and communicate project status and major issues in writing or verbally.
Job Type: Part time, 15-20 hrs/week. Agreed schedule must be set for weekly consistency. Partial remote work possible after onboarding.
