We have a full time position available at a busy construction company. The duties are listed, but not limited to:
JOB DUTIES:
Answer phones
Scanning and filing
Reconciling Subcontracts
General assistance to various staff members with scanning, filing, typing, ordering, etc
Run Errands
Prep for meetings
Assist with permitting projects
Organizing and Filing Change Order
Safety Management
CLERICAL
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, some knowledge of excel, e-mail, managing files and records, and other office procedures.
Experience with construction is helpful
REQUIREMENTS:
Quick Books experience is helpful
Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Fixed weekly schedule
Attention to detail
Positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Efficient problem solving skills including the ability to follow through
Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
