Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist and Team Liaison to join our growing Property Management team!
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a welcoming demeanor to ensure a positive experience for all visitors and callers.
Duties
Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner or handle them if you're confident in the answer
Manage appointments and reservations
Take meeting minutes
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, auditing and photocopying
Completing lists of daily tasks, weekly tasks, dashboard reviews,
Specific projects around the office and generally overseeing and managing the ongoing projects/issues/repairs, etc. for the team so everyone stays on track.
Auditing the marketing listings to ensure congruence between listing platforms, clarity and visibility.
Review guests, read guest reviews and action repairs and improvements based on those findings.
Review cleaning tasks and inspections and action repairs and improvements based on those findings.
Mark-off completed work orders done by vendors
Ensuring vendor and homeowner insurance compliance and records maintenance.
Support other team members in their duties by talking to potential renters and calling them to schedule viewings and answer questions about the listing.
Experience
-Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is preferred.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
-Time spent in Property Management would be a bonus
-Experience working in AppFolio, Escapia, Breezeway or other Property Management software a plus

This a Monday - Friday, 9am -5pm position with 1 Saturday per month required.
No remote work.
