Small business seeking a reliable, organized, and efficient General Office Assistant / Data Entry Clerk. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), and the ability to manage general office duties.
Job Details:
Hours: 30+ per week, 5 to 8 hours daily, 6 days a week
Work Environment: You'll have your own small office with a desk, computer, and phone.
Dress Code: Casual
Schedule:
Monday: 9 AM – 3 PM
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: 9 AM – 3 PM
Thursday: 9 AM – 3 PM
Friday: 9 AM – 3 PM
Saturday: 7 AM – 3:30 PM
Sunday: 7 AM – 10 AM
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy.
Utilize Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Word.
Handle phone calls with a clear and professional speaking voice.
Requirements:
Typing speed of at least 60 WPM with high accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) is mandatory.
Clear and professional phone communication skills.
Must have reliable transportation (own car).
Non-smoker preferred due to sensitivity to smoke.
Compensation:
Starting at $17.50+ per hour, based on experience.
Weekly bonus potential for outstanding performance.
